Wow, wrong on so many levels. Pre-drilling all the holes for the brackets, why? I’ll give you the benefit of doubt and assume you dumped water in those things to make sure they worked before you put the other 1,985 screws in.

most companies dont …
most companies dont add the extra screws they did you just use screws in the hangers as standard practice .. and once youu hang a couple gutters you dont need a level to get the correct fall you just let the gutter relax to a natural fall theres is not a real number or degree of fall for each house ..
