A Do It Yourself (DIY) aquarium hood for a 55 gallon aquarium using plastic rain Gutters. The hood contains four full length flourescent bulbs to really light the aquarium up.

@iwetmy The hood … @iwetmy The hood does not clamp to the tank. It rests on the little lip within the top frame of the tank, just like a normal hood purchased from the petstore.
@sk81514 I’m from … @sk81514 I’m from Slovenia. I know that PVC is basic. It is in most stores but some more complex elements are very hard and expensive to find. For example bulkheads (need one for my soon to be aquarium filter). I spent one month tracking it down. Ooo and it costs 20€ I mean come on 1/2′ peace, so much.
PS: The light houseing is gutter (emm that thing on the rooftop)?
