Repairing the roof and gutter on my house.
The house was built in 1940 in a craftsman style. The house was apparently without Gutters for nearly 20 years, and the exposed rafters were in pretty bad shape at the ends. I wound up tearing out all the rotten wood and boxing in the rafter ends with new wood. Then I attached a new fascia to hang the gutter on, and covered the eaves with a soffit, all caulked up watertight.
