I have sealed alot … I have sealed alot of gutter joints in my days and I take a hard wire brush and scratch the out of the seam, clean it and put a thick layer of polyurethane caulking over the joint and finger it in. Works like a charm…
Next time try Orbit … Next time try Orbit spearmint gum. It really holds up better against UV radiation. It also has a higher coefficient of continuity.
Correct. But … Correct. But sometimes houses settle or water collects for other reasons. That wasn’t the point of the video. The point was when you have a leak, here’s one way to repair it. Many houses have this problem for whatever reason. Your comment is like saying, “If everyone drove safely, there would never be any accidents.” That’s not real world.
Looks like you … Looks like you might need a little more slope on your gutter. I take gutters down alot when replacing facia rot and I usually just use some silicone on the seams when i put them back up. I will look into the gutter sealer stuff though.
